This month started really strong, but this last week I've been slacking, and it's shown on the scale. My goals for this past month were:

1) Ride my bike to work once a week.
2) Participate in free outdoor yoga and zumba on the weekends I'm not racing.
3) Get my 5k time to 37 min. and be able to run 5 miles.
4) Dress up like I love my body once a week.


I succeeded with 1, but that's really it. Now, I did lose 8 lbs this month, so I'm not unhappy with my progress, but I need to focus more on running in October.

So, in October I will:
1) Reduce my calorie intake to 1400.
2) Ride my bike to work at least twice a week.
3) Get my 5k time to 36 min. and be able to run 5 miles.
4) Cut down to 1 drink a day.

I need to get off this plateau. I haven't lost in 4 days, and it's so frustrating.
