December 7:

Current weight: 157 lbs
BMI under 25: 145 lbs
Target weight: 130 lbs
Stretch goal: 125 lbs

Rules:
Cheat day is only on Saturdays.

When weight is above BMI 25:
- no starbucks coffee
- no sugar treats (no ice cream, or sweets, etc)
- pizza once a month, only on saturdays

When weight is under BMI 25 but above target weight + 5 lbs:
- 1 starbucks a month or 1 ice cream a month
- pizza once a month, only on saturdays

When weight is at or below target weight:
- 1 starbucks a month
- 1 ice cream a month
- pizza once a month, only on saturdays
