Hmmm... it's slowing down. But great day anyhow, didn't go hungry despite being a very busy day and having nothing to eat. Filled with water!!

Hey KPP, I have read your journal...GREAT progress...You are chopping past the weight and you will reach your goals in due time. I read that you have an apnea condition. As a fellow apnea guy, I recommend that you ask your doctor to conduct a sleep study and to get fitted for a CPAP machine. Sleep is a critical component of your weight loss and overall health. I use a CPAP machine and I can tell you that it works wonders. You wake up refreshed and awake. My Doc said that if I lost weight I might be able to ditch my CPAP at some point. I am looking forward to that. So go get a Sleep Study performed and you may found out that you need a CPAP machine. It will change your life.
