Today is 09/28/12. I was pregnant and gained 47 pound. Before my pregnancy I weight 186 and I went up to 233. I delivered by C-section on September 6 and now I'm at 209. I'm ready to start my diet again.

You can do this! Just eat protien, decrease sugar, salt, and minimum dairy. Eat lots of veggies and fruit!
