YAY for FRIDAY!! Took a sneek peek at the scale this morning and liked what I saw -- tomorrow I'll record my weight for the week - maybe it will even be down a little more. Week-end plans include a lot of doing regular old stuff -- my yard needs some work and so does my house. Planning to get in a run/walk both days and also plan to take a friend to coffee - she needs to celebrate entering into ONEderland after losing 117lbs - WOW, she is my hero today :)
