I feel a little sore today in muscles I don't usually feel. I don't feel like the exercises I did yesterday were very intense (except the planks!) so it's good to feel that something is happening in my abs! I'm trying very hard to limit my calories today and to drink lots of water.

Sometimes you don't realize how many muscles you used in your workout until the next day. If you feel them, you used them and that's a good thing!
