With my grandpa being in the hospital for the past week, I haven't been home so I've been pigging out on the go. & even when I am home, I'm just kinda stressed out & frustrated & I haven't been making healthy choices, mostly cause I don't feel like cooking after I've been gone ALL DAY. I'm disappointed in myself! But I've accepted that it nobody's fault but mine & I shouldn't make excuses. Just gotta step it up & regain my confidence....
