I may be hitting a wall now. Can't go any lower in food consumption. Its approaching winter time, so I can't run outside.. so I am going to try to increase my workout from 500 cals to 550.. lets see if that helps push my weight down below the magic 165 mark for starters.
166.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 2.1 lb a week
