11/30今天澱粉類吃過頭了:😅 💁🏻♀️早餐:無糖優酪乳210cc+膠原蛋白粉半匙+自己煎的蘿蔔糕(2人份-老公配無糖豆漿)。 💁🏻♀️午餐:下午經過蔥油餅攤,忍住沒買蔥油餅,卻買了2個雙胞胎來吃,吃完記錄,才發現熱量居然比蔥油餅還要來的更高😱。 💁🏻♀️運動回來晚餐:豬肉蔬菜麵(主要吃五花肉片+花椰菜🥦+紅蘿蔔🥕,麵量只吃約1/3包的量,因爲今天澱粉類過量了😅;其他丟給老公幫忙吃😝😁)
