makan sampai 1200 kalori tuh gampang banged. kemarin sampai angka 1600 an malah. ngeluarin sampe 1700 itu yg ajubileh capeknyaaaaa.. seenggaknya makan di atas bmr. biar bb turun tp tubuh tetep sehat. amin.
