I've eaten very poorly for the last 2 days. Life has just gotten in the way. I'm trying to jump back in the saddle, I cannot handle a set back right now. I need to straighten myself out BEFORE weigh in on Friday! I know I am probably too hard on myself at times but I am so afraid to gain weight back. I asked my husband this morning if it will always be this hard? He eats anything and everything whenever he feels like it and he never has to worry about his weight. I just want to go one day without having to be completely terrified that I have went over on my calories.
