So I had a good weigh-in yesterday. I was slowly losing weight, then apparently had a bit of a relapse and gained weight, then finally making some real progress.

Anyway, I celebrated my weight loss with a 1000+ calorie dinner. It tasted great, and I only halfway regret it. I'll be doing my weekly weigh-in tomorrow and depending on the result, I may completely regret that meal!

On top of it all, the weather sucks today and I won't be able to get to do some of the outdoor activities I had planned on doing. I shouldn't complain, I suppose... I was very productive yesterday!

I will definitely get on the treadmill today, as usual.
