I'm back...took a couple weeks off, up 3 pounds.
Thanksgiving was great, even though I fell off, I did exercise.
Happy Monday
197.1 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 42.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
