Lost 200g since yesterday, and feel really good about it. But dang! I did a lots of sports, too. Today, I feel kind of weak in the muscles, and have only optet for a 700 kcal training session. Satureday is the day where I cook a deluxe meal for ma family; I will try to keep my portions really small like 50g patatoes, 100g of kefka meat, and a tiny slice of apple pie. When training hard all weak and doing strict restrictions, it feels really good to have a real meal - only if it is a little quantity : )
