I was finally able to dig out my Taylor Body Fat Scale. I've had it for a couple of years, and -- when I was using it regularly -- it helped me keep on target.
From its site, "Taylor body fat products use bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) to measure body fat," and the readings it gave were pretty close to what my doctor and my personal trainer were getting.
I'll weigh in every Friday, and I'll be keeping track of it here.
My ultimate goals are to be between 10-15% body fat, and to be in the 150-160 pound range.
