Joined a challenge for the first time: Power 90 and Atkins. I'm actually doing PX 90. I'm apprehensive. In the last few months I've started a few diet and exercise programs and not stuck to them very long. Previously, beginning in 2003, I exercised almost daily. Health and family problems caused me to stop and I'm anxious to feel great again. I'm really hoping that the others in the challenge group will help to keep me accountable and that together we can encourage each other. I'm also excited because its easy to use the Blackberry Fat Secret app on my phone to record my diet and exercise.
