I started my diet today. I feel great at the moment, no cravings or anything yet:) I have previously done a eating program that was very healthy. I stoped because I didnt see much change in my weight after 3 months. I have found that I dont feel as good when I am not eating healthy... a lot of the time I feel sick and bloated sooooo I am giving the healthy root 1 more shot and this time I am counting my calories very stricktly(for my weight loss). Hopefully I see some results soon:) good luck to everyone!x
