Not doing well but also could be worse. Ate a few things that I should not have eaten. OK enough of the pity and gnashing of the teeth. I did what I did and now its time to forgive and forget, which by the way is especially hard when you are trying to forgive yourself.Yes once again I was beaten down by the co-workers and their eating ways.Somebody tell me why we have to buy or cook food to celebrate the departure of a co-worker who by the way you may not even like, yet you are expected to sit and break bread with them.Diet be danged because Miss Smith in department who knows is leaving. Oh let us not forget the baby shower where you know you will have that extra piece of cake. Lets face it we eat too much and that is why we have decided to do something about it. So I was weak and now I am back on track and ready to rock! Will I get weak again? Maybe, maybe not and it really dosent matter because my job is not only to keep my eyes on the prize,but also to remember that I am human and I will err in judgement.Hey isnt that how I got fat?
