Hello darkness my old friend. Just kidding. It's because of the weights I did yesterday. I have to laugh at my muscles. They are big fakers pretending they did something important yesterday. Who are they kidding?
164.6 lb Lost so far: 70.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
