Well, it was a beautiful morning. I got up at 5:15 and walked to the gym, did my circuit workout minus the cardio in between machines and walked home. It was hot but it was worth it. I feel so much better all day when I work out in the morning. I am really hoping to get this routine back, even if it is only three or four days a week.
I do have a quick question - when you take your measurements, which ones do you do? I have never done this and I think I should. I know my measurememts are changing even though the scale is not and I would like to keep track.

You could take your measurement when you do your weekly weigh in or once a month and see a real nice difference. I know what you mean about a workout in the morning it sets up the whole day...energy creates energy. You are doing such a great job..good for you. :)

Thanks Lenny. This site really helps. I like being able to come here and ask questions and find motivation from some of the nicest people I have never even met. I love the support. I don't really have it anywhere else.
