It's a new week and I'm in the final stretch on Round 1 of the Beast.
Did Bulk Arms today and it was gnarly. My biceps were still somewhat sore from Back & Bi a couple of days back, but my flight schedule for the next couple of days made today a much better day to workout.
Rest day tomorrow and looking forward to it.
I'm also much more comfortable with the nutrition in this phase. It's more of what I've become accustomed to, so it's easier to feel like I'm on track. 2000-2200 calories per day, shooting for about 35-40% from protein. I'm already feeling a big difference now that my insides are stuffed full of food all the time!
