well its day 5 and the 15th was my bday i know that im supposed to try and keep it at 1200 cal but with the bday cake and the bday dip i got i went over but it was nowere near 3000 like the doc said i was prolly taken in i also ate alot more healthier things for me and only diet soda and zero cal energy drinks. wed i go to the doc and he is going to start me on this new medication i cant wait i have heard so many good things about it and work with some woman who have lost alot of weight from them. all i know is by the time i turn 24 im going to be a whole new person!
