Okay just because I don't want the days missing.
On Thursday for some reason I can't remember what I had for dinner but there was more than 645 calories eaten...I think. I did take the formula that day so if I did eat more it wasn't much more I don't think.
Friday morning I had 10 oz nonfat milk, 2 pork tamales. Then for lunch I had rice (1.48 oz), gravy (2.08 oz), fried chicken (3.03 oz thigh), and a biscuit(2.01 oz) with I can't believe it's not butter. I also had 3.98 oz of lemon cake. I didn't eat all of it though, the measurements I took were before I ate. Later that day because it was my birthday I ended up at Yardhouse having probably a 1/4 of their mac and cheese, 2 martinis, one patron shot, and part of a java chip ice cream and brownie sundae thing.
On Saturday I ate the rest of the mac and cheese, and then I had 2 tacos from Albertos and a waffle cone with one scoop of pralines and cream, and about a cup of wine.
Yesterday, which was Sunday, I ate an oatmeal raisin cookie (90 calories), then I had some of the Hat's chili cheese pastrami fries (of course I didn't eat the whole damn thing) then I had a small milkshake from Baskin Robbins with Praliens n' cream and Butter Pecan which I drank like half of that and fished most of the pecans out of the bottom.
I just wanted to fill in that big gap of days and say I didn't go over every day but as usual my food choices are highly questionable. I did decide that I want to try and lose these last 24-26 pounds before I go on vacation. If I'm not below 200 I want to at lease be in the 20? range.
