Breakfast Atkins choc chip bar and coffee w half and half, lunch steak salad w blue cheese dressing, sugar free jello, iced tea, dinner, ceasar salad w diet coke.

Loosing weight again and no wine--coincidence--I think not unfortunately.
148.6 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.8 lb a week
