Today i felt sick and weak in the morning, i had to have fruits although it never really helped.I'll try cutting out more carbs as the week progresses and my body adjusts to this whole low carb thing.

Walked at the park for a short time today cause i felt weak.

Overall i did pretty good today with my diet, hope i dont mess up as the night progresses and i plan to go bed early cause it is really cutting back on my weight loss!

It is normal to feel a bit ill as your body is detoxing from carbs. Try having more veggies next time. It passes if you stay away from high-carb foods. Once you get over that hurdle it gets so much easier. Hang in there.

My doctor says that we can even eat more vegetables than reccommended only to cheer up and feel a little bit better about it.

I agree, if you feel you need more carbs, go for low-glycemic carbs like broccoli, green beans, tomatoes, etc.
