day two and its a friday so me and the hubby got pizza for lunch i ate more than what i was supposed to but im still under my 1200 cal for the day so i guess im going to skip dinner maybe eat a little snack i know the doc told me that skipping meals was bad im workn on it and i know i will get there i go back to the doc next wed and he said he was going to start on some perscription to help with my appetite. i def need somthn for it because im kind of a closet eater i guess i dont like to eat in front of people and if im out and bussy food doesnt even cross my mind but if im home and bored i gorge my self because i havnt eatn all day a bad habbit i have got to stop well i hope day 3 is a better day.
