I've been here before at the same time of the year at the same weight a while ago....I get motivated and will make it through the holidays sticking to my changed eating habits only returning to my comfortable ways shortly after the new year. So this time...I will stick to journaling and weighing in and keep changing toward a healthier lifestyle. This is where I'm accountable. And I pray God give me strength through this journey. it doesnt matter how you start it's how you finish.
