I have not been losing as you can tell but I am not doing as bad as you would think. The problem am having is the weekends, I do great all week and then kind of go overboard on the weekend. My saving grace has been my workouts
430.0 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 180.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
