Yes for sure.....once in a while is good ! As long as you savour and enjoy every bite and not just gobble it down like there's no tomorrow lol Has anyone tried the cauliflower pizza ....is it good or should just wait and have a real pizza in a treat day ?

Sweetlysad, i never tried it, but i would like to... as for the real pizza, i eat a 112g slice. I checked on the website for nutritional information and the thin crust is lower in calories than the standard dough. My slice was 350 calories which is not so bad and gave me all the satisfaction i was craving. So if you really feel like having a pizza, its worth waiting for the real one. One slice is more than enough to get the satisfaction...

I had the Caulipower crust. It’s drier and not nearly as good as regular pizza crust. It fills you up though. Two slices and you’re stuffed. I’m not planning to buy it again I’d go for regular pizza splurge instead.

I add Italian seasoning to the ground chicken spread super thin on parchment paper, cook it about 10-15 minutes then if needed transfer to a new parchment, top it and just broil it to heat up the topping and cheese
