Slowly I have began exercising more and eating better. I know it won't happen overnight, it will take time, planning and discipline but I will be succesful. Last Friday went out with my husband and had some fried coconut shrimps as apetizer which we both enjoyed very much. I ordered a Greek salad with a light dressing to compensate. Yesterday I gave into temptation and I had dessert, my meal was salad without dressing but I had a piece of pie later on. I do not want to deprive myself because I tried that before and did not work. What I want to do now is just have a treat once in a while and eat healtier and lighter most of the time. Is not easy.
