I feel so horrible that I have been off of my exercise routine for the past couple of weeks and I gained 5 pounds. I am really upset that I have been exercising on and off for over three months and weigh today what I weighed three months ago. There has to be a way to take this weight off!!!!

just try to move even if its taking two soup cans and using them as weights! look on youtube there are videos for seated cardio and weights and THEY WORK!!! I have a really bad back and that is how i started and now im doing Zumba and water areobics and doing my first R.I.P.P.E.D class this friday. I have lost almost 20lbs in 7 weeks and im maintaining if you slip up just start over but watching your food intake is super important and STAY ACTIVE it takes energy to make energy but I have so much energy now people think im on something. I love this energy my friend who is a personal trainer said Im doing it the right way just stay active is one of the main keys if you get down find encouragement on here or other sites sparkpeople is also another wonderful site good luck my friend!

Thanks for the encouragement.I will hopefully get back into my workout routine soon and find some kind of balance in life.
