Ok I'm amazed that I'm 1lb better offer than I was nearly 7 months ago, was expecting about a stone worse. Had a fluctuation of probably around 7 or 8lb up and down in that time. Made the same mistakes I always make a load of times, haven't been watching what I eat or exercising enough so here we go again. Got an exercise bike recently and as far as exercise goes, if you can sit on one of those and pedal away without really thinking about it while you're watching TV, all the better. So lets hope I start to develop some decent habits... Again..
