The past week has been terribly hard.. I just need to kick my butt this week.. there is no reason for this to be this hard. I guess it all boils down to one thing.. Control.. I need to control what i eat when i eat and when i exercise.. Also the kind of exercise with regularity. So this week i am planning to work hard to exercise and eat right and be happy .
