I started IF, the hardest part is midday, I really want to just go grab some lunch
:(
but I know I have to get my weight down, so I need to push through. :)

Which IF are you doing? I'm doing 15:9. First day was yesterday, and did big meal in the am, salad for lunch and shake for dinner. Lots of water, as that kept me feeling full.
