Been holding steady steady steady... slacked on my water yesterday and i showed a jump by .6 on the scale this morning.. lol.. oooh u scale.. how u tease me lol... i know hitting the 160s won't come easy for me.. but i'm not bummed.. i never expected to be back at this point so quickly so i'm gonna let my body adjust to the weight loss.. i'm starting to actually see and feel that i lost weight, not just see it on the scale.
Based on my last weight in... i'm .6 away from my ticker goal, and 5.4 away from my 2012 goal, and i have just under 12 weeks to get back into the 160s..
Head in the game.. ready to hit that goal!
