10/28這次MC第一天不知為何經痛厲害,晚餐後吃2片90%巧克力還是痛🤦🏻‍♀️老公乾脆外出幫我買一杯熱的黑糖薑母茶和一碗熱的紅豆湯(內含4顆芝麻湯圓),全部下肚後,經痛好像好一點了🤦🏻‍♀️熱量先不管了🤦🏻‍♀️有先止痛就好😔
