Still teetering right around my goal weight. On the positive side I usually have gained all my weight back by now but this time I haven't. On the negative side I fealt more comfortable being about 5 pounds below my goal weight so I would have a cushion. I know in my head how to accomplish that but..... I can be a slacker.
