I have no idea how that is even possible. No sweets, no womens day, low sugar. I'm so angry🤔😭😭😭😡
255.7 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 68.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

weight is just a number that's not reliable. have you measured yourself? do you feel like you have lost. you can lose inches and stay the same weight. I'm sure you'll be fine . don't let a number knock you backwards

I'm also measured myself at the beginning of month and now and its not big deferent. Before I was on diet and loose 10 kg now I start again this diet and it's going up so no idea why.

I hope so. I didn't write down my weight becouse my scale show 5 different weights, so I don't want to be disappointed. 🙈
