I really need some help. Yesterday was awful. I ate at least 2200 calories. :/ That's not me at all. I just couldn't help it. I'm so frustrated because I've been riding my bike every day for school, and I ride it a total of at least 45 minutes with all the commuting, and I do Zumba. So when I get home at night, I'm STARVING, and it's like it doesn't matter what I eat, my body is just craving food, and it's stopping me from losing weight. Does anyone have any suggestions? I don't know what to do :/

Did you recalculate your RDI? Maybe you need that food because of your activity level. Also, do your clothes fit differently or the same? You may be gaining muscle!

To me all my clothes fit the same. And I wanted to try and stay around 1200 a day :/
