I really need some help. Yesterday was awful. I ate at least 2200 calories. :/ That's not me at all. I just couldn't help it. I'm so frustrated because I've been riding my bike every day for school, and I ride it a total of at least 45 minutes with all the commuting, and I do Zumba. So when I get home at night, I'm STARVING, and it's like it doesn't matter what I eat, my body is just craving food, and it's stopping me from losing weight. Does anyone have any suggestions? I don't know what to do :/
