Ok, weighed myself day 6 like the book suggests an lost almost 5 pounds. I know most is water but hey, being under 250 makes me smile. Now 2 Up days which will be nice and then on to week 2.
249.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
