Working toward breaking the 140 mark into the 130's. I think I last saw the 130's in the early '90's. I can pull the jeans from back then up over my hips now. There is still too much of a gap for me to get the buttonfly buttoned, but much closer now from where I began (when I could not get them past my thighs)!
142.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
