This week's weight loss was exceptionally rapid, but I have a feeling that a lot of it is water weight.
I now have access to my testosterone replacements again, and my other medications (including blood pressure) seem to be working much better.
I'm still exceptionally bloated, so I may -- may -- try adding in a diuretic at some point, but for now, I'll see how next week goes.
