Any suggestions on how to break through weight plateaus? I'm considering cutting my calorie count back down to under 800 daily with a net carb of 20.

can try raising your calories for a few days to jumpstart your system. sometimes when the body feels it has allowed enough drops it can hug on to the remaining tight

I agree with Baskington. Add calories, don't drop. 800 is way too low for anyone.

yes I did that after IF fasting a couple days and stayed at 800 for a couple weeks with no appetite, when I finally realized what I was doing to myself I bumped it back up with force. I was going no where

Thanks for the advice. I dropped low calories because I wasn't hungry before. I'll add healthy calories in and IF as well.
