Mental games... yuck! With the weight loss was able to get rid of a few of the "old" games. The new mental game is fighting with myself over the question "is this the right size"? After all - I do not have a slim-hipped little bitty shape. I could be thinner. I could be buffer. I realize, though, that I could also push too hard, lose all motivation and gain the 30 back. To win this mental challenge I need to remember that I am looking for balance, striving for health, and to do what it takes to maintain motivation to not gain it back.
