I'm having a good weekend. My kids are begging me to make them some brownies. They are going to smell heavenly but I don't think I will be too tempted to eat one. I wish payday would get here already. Looks like this weekend I have chicken, chicken, and more chicken to cook! I think I have some tuna and bacon too. LOL! There is always eggs for a change. The last time I did atkins I lost alot the first week then slowed down to 3 pounds a week. This time I seem to be losing more than that. I can't wait to weigh Monday.

Three lbs. a week is a lot to lose. I hope you can overcome the temptation of the brownies.

Just mentioning brownies makes me hungry...Yum!!! It gets easier to avoid taste testing after awhile. Luckily I only really have to deal with normal 3 year old food and baby food, so it's not the most tempting. You are doing really well on weight loss Kudos!!!

I resisted the brownies. They really smelled great. I had one slice of yellow squash fried in corn meal grown from our garden. That is harder for me to resist than the brownies actually.
