So, that is the lowest daily average weight I have recorded since I started this weekly reckoning. I am encouraged by that. I will continue on this course. I flaked on weights this week so I wonder if including them in the upcoming week will cause more of those higher weight "bumps." This week's bumps were caused by yoga and my lady bits starting their song of ice and fire. What I really need is a personal DXA machine to scan myself every week. Wouldn't that just be heavenly?
