The 6 week trip idea inspired me to get to 150 by my bday in 6 weeks! That's 12 lbs. I can do it! It is just a matter of focusing on myself, treating myself to Weight Watcher or Lean Cuisine meals so I know exactly what the calorie count is. I am excited! I know you can do it! I like the idea of frozen dinners, I know a lot of people don't. This way you know exactly how many calories etc. you ate and it's portion controled. I'm excited for you too. Have a wonderful trip around the world.
