The 6 week trip idea inspired me to get to 150 by my bday in 6 weeks! That's 12 lbs. I can do it! It is just a matter of focusing on myself, treating myself to Weight Watcher or Lean Cuisine meals so I know exactly what the calorie count is. I am excited!
