9/5/12

Today was a good dieting day. I got rid of the nasty pure protein powder by giving it to someone else at work who is trying out protein powders. Hopefully she will like it. I feel much better today and was able to go to work. On Friday morning I see my dietician again to see what she will suggest in advancing me along my diet. I have some struggles to speak with her about and we'll see what her suggestions are. I see my primary physician in a couple of weeks. Still not doing too good with the water and need to start doing some kind of exercise. My back is doing a tiny bit better since I've lost 14 pounds, but the pain is not going to go away completely until I lose more weight. I've had a few people mention exercising in a swimming pool, but I hesitate to spend the money on a gym. I hate going to the pool because it takes so much of my time out of my day. It might be my solution to avoiding eating in the evening and also tire me out enough to get to bed earlier. I'll have to investigate cost before I make a decision on this. I'd rather go to a place that would allow a monthly cost and not require a contract to be signed. I hate being tied into a gym for a long time. I always seem to waste money when I do something like that. I guess all I can do is check things out.

HUM I know where u are coming form with having to pay for a gym. Well I know the pool would help and if they got a hot tub it could also offer relaxation. But you have to want to go in the first place. Sounds like good idea if u can fit it in your schdual. And ways great job on your weight loss. Very cool.
