Last Saturday I went shopping, and after three years I actually enjoyed it.It was a huge sale and I was not the fat girl who cannot fit into any nice dress anymore.
I was so proud and motivated. All the frustration of not eating junk (well its still tasty) and all the negative weight of being on a diet and being different and controlling what I eat and... gone away in the fitting room :)
So so happy, motivated and proud of myself.
