I've been doing so well and today I slipped. Not only did I not eat a proper lunch but when I did eat it was ice cream, a soda, and chips. I don't know why I do this on my days off. It doesn't make me feel good or anything. I get momentary satisfaction from it and then I feel sick to my stomach. I've been doing nothing but eating properly, organic foods, nothing processed. Drinking LOTS of water and green tea. Why do I keep doing this?!
